**About The Role:**
We’re seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our dynamic team!

**What You'll Do:**
- Improve and develop software systems to meet users' needs by solving complex problems, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting systems.
- Engage in Production Support activities, troubleshooting production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide team members in various development and technical activities.
- Lead initiatives involving a development team through all project phases, collaborating with users and providing status reports.
- Provide deployment support for production systems to ensure functionality.
- Analyze systems for optimization and quality assurance, providing suggestions and developing assessments.
- Recommend and participate in improving development and system maintenance processes.
- Apply the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology to ensure standards are met.

**What You Bring:**
- A degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent education and experience.
- 10 years of software design and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Mesh App and Service Architecture.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with a solid understanding of UX design principles.
- Experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and building server-side apps.
- 3+ years of front-end development experience with TypeScript, Angular 8+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases (Oracle 12+, PL/SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Elasticsearch).
- Experience in various relevant technologies such as GitHub, IntelliJ/WebStorm, Angular Material, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with Git Co-Pilot, Dynatrace, and CLM.
