**Job Title: Lead Developer**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in coding the required technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Services/APIs using Tibco, Spring Boot, Microservices, ECS, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, MQ, and EMS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop Services/APIs.
- Provide assistance in estimating and scoping solutions to meet business requirements and incorporate these into solution architecture documents.
- Lead scoping and design sessions across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Analyze, define, and document system architecture and design for business processes, data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environments.
- Ensure design of the integrated environment is capable of maximizing availability, efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Provide input into and lead the technical infrastructure design.
- Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) and development templates.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Tibco, Spring Boot, Microservices, ECS, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MQ.
- Experience with EMS and Rapid MQ.
