**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics with expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval. In this role, you will design, prototype, and build next-generation analytics and AI services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with team members to shape the vision for Data Science in the business unit.
- Create and oversee predictive analytics to guide business decision-making.
- Leverage advanced techniques to develop and deploy AI solutions for various purposes.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Provide expertise in data science, machine learning, AI, and software engineering.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AI systems on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in AI and machine learning, particularly related to Azure.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and patterns using Azure and Databricks.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems through model training and validation.
- Advocate for Data and Analytics and drive adoption across business units.
**Qualifications:**
- Ph.D. or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with AI applications, such as NLP, marketing, and image recognition.
- Familiarity with distributed computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and related AI services.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
**Salary:**
Base salary ranges from $68,700.00 to $126,000.00 annually, exclusive of variable compensation.
