**Job Scope:**
As a Junior Sales Advisor, you will ensure that every visitor to our showrooms has an exceptional experience consistent with the VinFast brand. You will engage with guests, share your knowledge, and provide demonstrations to generate excitement for our products. Working closely with your assigned Senior Sales Advisor, you will guide clients through all stages of purchasing VinFast electric vehicles, tracking client and sales activities throughout the sales cycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent VinFast values through every client interaction, generating excitement among clients.
- Engage with clients and team members in a client-centric environment.
- Demonstrate excellence in all work activities.
- Greet clients promptly and professionally while executing lead capture processes.
- Support a positive Test Drive experience for clients.
- Master and maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality.
- Strive to become a subject matter expert on Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed KPIs set by the Showroom Sales Manager and Senior Sales Advisor.
- Educate clients on the VinFast delivery process.
- Collaborate with other business functions and external partners for a seamless client delivery experience.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Adhere to VinFast brand standards, including store cleanliness and appearance.
**What You Bring:**
- Bachelor's degree or similar professional experience preferred.
- 1 year of customer service, scheduling, or sales experience.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRM applications preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Vehicle Salesperson License as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and 2 years of driving experience.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
- Proficient in business productivity tools (MS Office suite, CRM applications).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
