**What will your typical day look like?**
The KX platform utilizes various technologies, including Machine Learning and Generative AI, to assist Deloitte Employees globally in accessing intellectual property, locating expertise, and sharing knowledge. As an AI Search Optimization Manager, you will define methods and dashboards for gathering data from multiple sources for the KX team’s Generative AI applications and search functions. You will lead a team of analysts in reviewing data to recommend improvements for KX Search and GenAI applications, resulting in enhanced user satisfaction and reduced risk of inaccuracies.

**About The Team:**
Global CoRe provides essential services to Deloitte worldwide, including knowledge services, creative services, contact center operations, data management, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We focus on improving how these services are delivered across the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering and data analysis using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- 5+ years of experience with data query and manipulation tools.
- 5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with web analytics.
- Experience with operationalizing data-driven improvement processes.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Experience in using data analysis to enhance software products.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.

**Total Rewards:**
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, with the potential to participate in our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package includes various benefits designed to recognize employee contributions and support personal wellness. Examples include:
