**Role Summary:**
As the Lead Android Developer, you will lead our Android development team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. You will be responsible for the timely and high-quality delivery of projects while optimizing team performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the Android development team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional development of team members.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful project completions within budget.
- Implement best practices in agile methodologies and enhance team workflows and productivity.
- Drive the design, development, and maintenance of complex Android applications, providing technical guidance.

**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in Android app development using Kotlin.
- Proficiency in Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Expertise in unit testing, instrumented testing, and continuous integration.
- Skilled in responsive UI development and Material Design principles.
- Experience in enhancing team processes for productivity and innovation.
