**Position Overview:**
The Provincial Coordinated Access system for mental health and addiction (MHA) services is a key initiative led by Ontario Health’s Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence (MHA CoE). This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and optimizing the regional coordinated access model, ensuring it meets the needs of individuals seeking mental health and addiction services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project & Program Management:**
- Manage overall MHA Coordinated Access project planning and reporting.
- Lead regional projects related to mental health and addictions, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Support project governance and ensure effective execution.

- **System Partner Engagement:**
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with providers, individuals with lived experience, and system partners.
- Support regional engagement efforts with community partners, including Indigenous communities.

- **Strategic Advice & Expertise:**
- Develop expertise in mental health and addictions, providing strategic advice on system planning and policy development.
- Monitor evidence and review literature to inform best practices.

- **Financial & Performance Management:**
- Work with the Performance and Accountability team to manage implementation and operating budgets.
- Develop performance monitoring processes to measure program effectiveness.

- **Team Support:**
- Lead the optimization of internal processes and manage project documentation.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with shared objectives.

**Qualifications:**
- Post-secondary degree (master's preferred) in health administration, health planning, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in complex healthcare environments, focusing on service delivery management.
- Proven project management experience in healthcare, particularly in mental health and addictions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Knowledge & Skills:**
- Knowledge of the Ontario health and social services system.
- Experience with project management best practices and performance management.
- Change management and relationship management expertise.
