**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate operational activities for conservation parks, campgrounds, and/or golf course operations.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and participate in program planning and development activities.
- Conduct general cleaning functions, including waste collection and maintaining cleanliness in building spaces.
- Safely operate fleet and utility vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Complete seasonal grounds maintenance and ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Facilitate health and safety checks and document facility inspections.
**Qualifications**
- **Education:** Post-secondary diploma or degree in Facility Management, Turf Management, Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 3+ years in a related field coordinating teams.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in facility maintenance tasks (carpentry, minor plumbing, landscaping).
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction in various situations.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player adept at delegating tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and online software such as MS Teams, WebEx, and SharePoint.
