**Opportunity**
As we develop Propelix, a B2B GenAI prompt engineering platform, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager. You will be pivotal in our mission to provide highly customizable AI-based virtual agent frameworks to revolutionize customer service across industries, starting with insurance.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of Propelix from inception, collaborating with early customers to refine product-market fit based on feedback.
- Utilize customer insights to identify and build new features, integrate ecosystem solutions, and establish processes that ensure customer success and growth.
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and customize our technology for impactful results.
- Oversee the implementation process for early customers, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Manage all aspects of the Propelix product lifecycle to position it as the leading GenAI prompt engineering platform within the insurance sector.

**Requirements**
- Strong systems thinking skills: Ability to structure ambiguous scenarios through curiosity and creative problem-solving.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at handling diverse stakeholders, timelines, and teams.
- Communication: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, effectively engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.

**Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally blending structured problem-solving (MBB, VC, or PE) with product development experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup prior to achieving product-market fit.
