**Position Overview**
As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for firm-wide learning system needs, including class creation, learner history reports, and compliance policies. You will support the Program Manager in delivering internal learning programs and respond to internal queries from employees. In your role as Learning Coordinator, you will manage and distribute program communications.

Deloitte’s Learning Team offers support for firm-wide learning, focusing on quality control and coordination of complex internal programs that enhance our employees' learning experience. We operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate to deliver exceptional learning opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage firm-wide learning system needs.
- Assist in the delivery of internal learning programs.
- Respond to employee queries regarding learning resources.
- Oversee program communication management and distribution.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, events management, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with a Learning Management System.
- Strong technical knowledge of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including senior management.
**Total Rewards**
Salary range for this position: $58,000 - $96,000. Individuals may also be eligible for our bonus program. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Package that includes:
