**Job Title:** Learning and Development Coordinator

**Location:** Toronto (Hybrid Opportunity)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support multiple programs within our Capital Markets line of business. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly organized, and a collaborative team player with excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Experience with SmartProcure and Coupa is an asset.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the management and execution of assigned business/group programs or projects, including providing input to design, development, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and seamless delivery of program components.
- Develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Advise and guide the assigned business/group on implementation of solutions.
- Manage and process invoices, travel, and venue bookings, including catering and vendor contracts.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Lead or participate in defining the communication plan, develop tailored messaging, and identify appropriate distribution channels.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Support change management activities focused on execution and sustainment.
- Track exception requests and corresponding approvals.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong influence skills.

**Salary:** $44,500.00 - $82,500.00 (Salaried)
