**Job Title: Learning Consultant**

The Learning & Development Department at CAA Club Group is seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to join our team as a Learning Consultant, primarily supporting our Corporate Business skill programs. **Position Details:**
As a Learning Consultant, you will consult with our business partners to design and develop large-scale training programs, utilizing the most effective instructional methods and materials to reinforce participants’ learning and enhance knowledge retention. You will employ your energetic attitude and engaging public speaking skills to present information using various instructional techniques and formats. Staying current on training and development trends is essential to ensure you and the Learning & Development Team remain updated with industry standards.

**Job Requirements:**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education.
- 5 years of experience in consulting and managing stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in the design and development of large-scale training programs using diverse learning methods.
- Experience in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English language proficiency is required; proficiency in French is an asset.

*This position is based in Thornhill, with occasional travel required to offsite locations.*
