**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge. This role will cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the organization and focus on developing digital learning content across various domains including Product, Sales, Customer Service, Brand, Health & Safety, Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, and Well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Training Design & Delivery:**
- Develop a learning roadmap aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Create and deliver training programs addressing organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Partner with HR and leadership to design and implement training programs.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, review, and revise training materials.
- **Tools and Technology:**
- Create and manage eLearning modules and digital content using tools such as Yoobic, Articulate 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Act as the Yoobic system owner, managing enrollment and maintaining a user database.
- Develop engaging training experiences using adult learning principles and interactive techniques.
- **Learning, Engagement, and Communications:**
- Support blended learning approaches, integrating digital and in-person training solutions.
- Promote continuous learning through engaging and accessible learning pathways.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on employee communications and engagement content.
- **Assessment & Feedback:**
- Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness and retention.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Strong experience with eLearning tools, LMS, and content creation platforms; familiarity with Yoobic is an asset.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Video editing skills are required.
- Strong writing and analytical skills for developing engaging training solutions.
- Experience in diverse learning delivery methods (virtual, hands-on, instructor-led, etc.).
**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification in instructional design, eLearning, or related fields (e.g., CPLP, CPTD).
- Experience in gamification, microlearning, or mobile learning solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices.
