**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer who is a smart, driven problem solver to develop innovative learning content for our global customers. This role involves creating and continuously improving engaging learning experiences using various approaches.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences (live, on-demand, blended, social) focused on Benevity’s solutions and products.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create effective learning experiences for customers.
- Utilize an array of tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia) to produce training content that supports self-study, practice, and performance.
- Implement rapid development techniques to create learning materials in a rapidly changing environment.
- Develop assessment methods to measure learner comprehension and application of knowledge.
- Ensure learning content is current with the latest research, best practices, and Benevity’s offerings.
- Evaluate solutions for accuracy, quality, impact, and scalability.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Education, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced software or technical training environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and engagement strategies.
- Experience in creating simulations, gamified learning, microlearning, and various multimedia formats.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360), video development tools (Camtasia), audio editing (Audacity), and other related technologies.
- Strong project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Creative thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
