**Job Title: Learning Experience Designer**

**Location:** Toronto - 200 King Street West
**Work Arrangement:** 4 days/week in office

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative, and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment where learning is foundational to business transformation. You will leverage your knowledge and experience with best-in-class learning approaches to develop innovative tools and technologies that align with our firm’s vision and purpose.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop engaging, clear, and visually compelling learning solutions to enhance learning retention and on-the-job performance.
- Create industry-leading learning solutions, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), workshops, conferences, e-Learning, videos, podcasts, and job aids.
- Provide professional advice to business partners to address challenges and improve learning design effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions' effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage projects relating to learning design and delivery, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry developments, including new technology solutions and trends.
- Participate in various projects related to learning and development as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Completed post-secondary education, professional certification, or equivalent experience in training and development/instructional design (CTDP Designation preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in designing and developing learning solutions.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging visual content.
- Proficient in course development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) and graphic media tools, video, audio, and animation/motion graphics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships across various role levels and functions.
- Strong consultative, creative, and agile skills, with experience in stakeholder interviewing.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver best-in-class online/e-learning courses and in-person training solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Basic project management and client relationship management experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada, if required.
- Ability to share work samples during the interview process, if requested.
- Additional assets may include knowledge of accounting practices, and certifications/experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile.
