**Role Summary:**
As an SAP SuccessFactors professional, you will engage directly with clients to analyze HR technology issues and develop effective solutions. Your deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality and Learning Management processes will be essential in supporting clients' learning and development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve HR technology issues.
- Create functional design documents and configure the system.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Develop support models to meet business needs throughout the implementation lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Work on multifunctional teams and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

**About The Team:**
Deloitte’s Canadian SAP SuccessFactors Human Resources Transformation (SuccessFactors HRT) team comprises 50 consultants across Canada, recognized as a leading HR Transformation Practice globally. We focus on continuous training and skill development in various HR domains.

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management.
- Familiarity with integrations with other modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to travel and support clients across different time zones.
- Required: SuccessFactors Learning Management Associate certification or higher.

**Total Rewards:**
Salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, with eligibility for our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package includes:
- $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits.
