**The Opportunity:**
The Learning Operations Manager will manage the operational aspects of the Canadian Learning and Development (L&D) team through process improvement, integration of Global Learning initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships for consistent knowledge transfer.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the All-EY/Learning Ops Lead and Director of L&D on team operations and structure.
- Partner to oversee and establish the annual budget aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Global Learning teams to manage the transition and adoption of initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and leverage tools to drive change.
- Manage the Global Continuing Education (CE) policy ensuring compliance.
- Oversee the implementation of offshore services and stay updated with industry trends.
- Represent Canada in Global learning calls and manage L&D Operations meetings.

- Proficiency in learning management systems and instructional design software.

**Qualifications:**
- Education or experience in Human Resources, Learning, or Talent Development.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360, and SharePoint.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800, determined by various factors such as education and experience.
