**The Role:**
As a Learning Specialist at Mejuri, you will design, deliver, and manage learning programs that empower employees across CX, Fulfillment Center (FC), and Corporate teams. You will report to the Director of Learning and Culture and support key initiatives, including the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and enhancing new hire onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the implementation and oversee daily operations of a new LMS, including content migration and user management.
- Conduct audits of existing materials, aligning them with Mejuri's brand standards and learning objectives.
- Develop workflows for effective LMS usage.
- Identify learning and development requirements through comprehensive needs assessments.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led training.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, introducing them to Mejuri's culture.
- Develop targeted training programs for special events and peak operational times.
- Manage the learning calendar, including scheduling and follow-ups for training sessions.
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational goals.
- Track participation and outcomes of learning programs for evaluation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Employee Experience team on engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all training materials reflect Mejuri's brand identity.
**Qualifications:**
- Training in Design and/or Education Fundamentals through recognized certification or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
