**The Role**:
As a Learning Specialist at Mejuri, you will design, deliver, and manage learning programs that empower our employees across Customer Experience (CX), Fulfillment Center (FC), and Corporate teams. You will support key initiatives including the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), enhancing new hire onboarding, and managing training programs for operational peak times.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation and daily operations of a new LMS, managing content migration, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct audits of existing materials and align them with Mejuri's brand standards.
- Develop workflows and processes for effective LMS usage.
- Identify learning and development requirements across teams through needs assessments.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions including eLearning and instructor-led training.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions to introduce new hires to Mejuri's culture.
- Develop targeted training programs for special events and peak operational times.
- Manage the learning calendar, including scheduling and follow-ups for training sessions.
- Track participation and outcomes of learning programs, leveraging data for improvements.
- Partner with the Employee Experience team for engagement initiatives.
- Ensure training materials reflect Mejuri's brand identity and core values.

**Qualifications**:
- Training in Design and/or Education Fundamentals through recognized certification, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Strong ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
