As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing training programs and selecting effective instructional methods and materials to enhance knowledge retention among participants. Your engaging public speaking skills and energetic approach will enable you to present information through various instructional techniques and formats. Staying current on industry trends will be essential to ensure that the Learning & Development Team remains innovative and effective.

**Job Requirements:**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the insurance industry.
- Experience in training development using various delivery modalities.
- Experience in training delivery.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred.
- French language proficiency is an asset.
