**Position Overview:**
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison, building strong relationships and delivering excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding new residents.
- Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
- Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

**What You Will Need to Succeed:**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; property management software knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, and reliable transportation to work locations.
