**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking an experienced M365 Digital Learning Instructor to join our Digital Learning Team. This role focuses on building and implementing a formal program for ongoing M365 change management, facilitating effective training, and ensuring successful roll-out of future product evolutions within our organization.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead, develop, and facilitate M365 adult learning for staff.
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions.
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and identify training gaps related to M365.
- Create and manage a formal program for M365 implementation and product roll-out.
- Collaborate with Innovation Excellence and Digital Learning Team on change management strategies.
- Validate ongoing staff competency and communicate gaps for process improvement.
- Develop, document, and communicate M365 training content.
- Provide at-the-elbow support to end users.
- Work with M365 Champions to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Conduct annual reviews of training and support for M365 proficiency.
- Identify training and implementation improvements quarterly.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for M365 rollouts.
- Represent client voice in application adoption, training methodology, and support stages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- M365 Certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a health sciences field or education; Master’s degree in Informatics or Education preferred.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Adult Learning.
- 1-2 years expert-level experience as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Meditech documentation systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance and discipline-free record required.
