**Overview:**
SOTI is seeking a Machine Learning Development Manager to lead a dedicated team in the productionization and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves collaboration with our AI & ML team to integrate these solutions into our flagship products, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the integration and deployment of generative AI solutions into main products, aligning with business goals.
- Oversee the productionization of AI models, implementing MLOps practices to streamline the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage a small team of developers focused on AI solution deployment and integration.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage best practices sharing across the organization.
- Collaborate with AI/ML scientists to ensure smooth deployment of generative AI solutions.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.

**Qualifications:**
- Excellent strategic and logical thinking, with a strong understanding of software development processes.
- Proven experience in MLOps, ML engineering, DevOps, and software architecture.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience, overseeing development teams.
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire team optimism and determination.
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Desire to develop high-potential talent and attract new recruits.
