**Job Title:** MLOPS Engineer
**Duration:** Full-Time
**Location:** Toronto, ON

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a MLOPS Engineer with a strong background in designing and deploying machine learning models using MLOPS frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, diagnose problems, design solutions, and facilitate deployment on Azure ML. This role offers the opportunity to develop value-adding consulting solutions for clients by integrating various cloud components.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with clients to understand their issues and propose multiple solution alternatives while considering stakeholder perspectives.
- Deliver optimal solutions based on a thorough assessment of alternatives.
- Set up MLOPS frameworks, monitoring, and dashboarding of MLOPS runs.
- Engage in high-impact client communication and manage team efforts using Agile methodologies and JIRA.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; consideration for three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in MLOPS.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Python programming for ML model deployment adhering to clean code standards.
- Proficiency in using Pandas, SKLearn, Dart, Gradient Boosting Machines Libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), Prophet, Ray, and Dask.
- Experience in Azure or GCP cloud environments; Azure Certified – DP-100, AZ-900, or GCP equivalent including DevOps certification.
- Deep understanding of traditional machine learning and the data science lifecycle, with knowledge of CRISP-DM.
- At least 2 years of experience in MLOPS frameworks, industry standards, and operations KPIs.
- Experience in Test Driven Development and utilizing Pytest frameworks, git version control, and Rest APIs.
- Domain experience in Retail, CPG, and Logistics is preferred.
