**About the Job:**
Depending on your experience and the level at which you join, you will:

- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Run workshops with key stakeholders to elicit requirements effectively.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of consultants, fostering their growth.
- Develop and communicate new ideas and innovative approaches.
- Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and uncover new opportunities for account growth.
- Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities within the banking market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the banking industry.

**About You:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking, focusing on strategy or operations.
- Track record of successfully leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of banking products and operations across various banking sectors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
