Walmart Connect, the ad sales arm for Walmart, is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, brands, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our partners.

**Position Overview**
As the Manager, Sponsored Product within the Ad Product & Operations team, you will collaborate with peers in Sales, demand generation, web analytics, tech partners, and vendors to advance our product offering. You will manage and optimize Sponsored Product campaigns, working closely with tech partners and sales teams to exceed goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leverage Sponsored Product Platform to oversee activity and performance.
- Manage and optimize assigned Sponsored Product campaigns to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance reports to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations.
- Prepare research and insights for ongoing media recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners.
- Monitor dashboards to ensure successful campaign delivery and pacing.
- Coordinate all aspects of the Walmart Connect digital product development lifecycle.
- Use critical thinking to anticipate and manage potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure rapid decision-making.
- Identify new opportunities for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics with a strong understanding of data analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing customer campaigns and strategies.
- Deep knowledge of search and auction-based environments, measurement methodologies, and ad buying platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with Criteo platform preferred.
- Good understanding of ad technology and auction-based environments (Google/Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with retail media online is a plus.
- Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Self-directed, proactive, and capable of executing projects independently.
