**Job Posting: Manager, Advisor Marketing**
**Location:** Toronto, ON

We’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and seeking a talented, passionate professional to join our Wealth Digital, Marketing and Communications team as a Manager, Advisor Marketing. In this role, you will provide comprehensive marketing and communications support to approximately 900 Advisors across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development of advisor marketing strategies and planning, managing the assets and delivery of Private Wealth (PW) Advisor Marketing materials.
- Liaise with Advisory teams, vendors, and enterprise partners to support development of advertising, digital marketing, websites, collateral, content, and email marketing.
- Lead the delivery of small to mid-scale marketing programs for Advisors.
- Work closely with the Private Wealth brand marketing team to ensure consistency between brand and advisor marketing.
- Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and regulatory requirements.
- Build and sustain key relationships with approximately 200 CIBC Private Wealth Advisors, engaging on marketing strategies within a digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams for improved growth and efficiency of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- 2-5 years of marketing-related experience, including delivering social media campaigns.
- Experience working with Advisors and regional/branch leadership teams in a consulting capacity is an asset.
- Understanding of project management concepts and methodology.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or relevant financial services designation is an asset.
- Well-developed influencing skills with strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to implement complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
