**The Opportunity**

We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Our team works collaboratively with top executives in financial institutions to create and implement transformative technology solutions. Successful candidates will excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Work with clients and collaborate with team members, using data and technology to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations.
- Build client relationships and support team development by generating new business opportunities.
- Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.

- **Experience and Learning**: Relevant education or experience in technology, engineering, financial services, or related fields.

**Qualifications**

- 2-5+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in conducting analysis of business requirements and translating them into system specifications.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and driving iterative development.
