**The Opportunity:**
We are looking for a Manager, Business Management to join our Business Management team. Reporting to the Director, Business Management, the Manager will coordinate Dataphile releases, including enhancements, regulatory implementations, and configuration changes alongside the Service, Operations, and Compliance teams. This role requires independent problem-solving, and making scope and priority decisions, impacting our partners and operations significantly.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure collaboration across teams for system releases, including stakeholder engagement and documentation.
- Support internal and external teams in prioritizing critical issues and releases to ensure successful deployments.
- Develop and maintain release records and version control processes, coordinating resources for deployment, testing, and communication.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage requirements, testing, and a release calendar for essential components.
- Build implementation plans and provide visibility to roadmap status while addressing issues/risks.

**Your Experience and Skills:**
- Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of release and/or project management experience.
- 5+ years of Dataphile experience; strong knowledge of software development cycles.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, bilingual in French is an asset.
- Self-motivated with a proven record of high performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Salary:**
This position has an expected salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 CAD annually, with compensation based on candidates’ unique qualifications and requirements.
