**Job Title: Manager, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services**

**Your Opportunity:**
Join our Corporate Restructuring team in Toronto and assume the following responsibilities:

- Advise corporations, lenders, creditors, or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings (formal or informal).
- Prepare integrated cash flow models and analyze projections and business plans.
- Maintain ongoing communications with debtors, creditors, governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, and Court attendance.
- Draft and present reports and recommendations for financial institutions, C-suite executives, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, target, and develop referral sources.
- Assist with practice development assignments.
- Travel is required; candidates must have reliable transportation and flexibility to meet stakeholders during non-business hours.

**Qualifications:**

- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in the Restructuring field.
- CPA accounting designation is required.
- Enrolled in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) program.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and workload demands.
