**Role Overview**
The Manager, Corporate Strategy (Corporate Development) is an experienced strategist responsible for leading various teams through high-priority efforts for the firm. The Manager will build strong partnerships with business leaders by providing exceptional business consulting and strategy support. The role will manage a team of experienced corporate development professionals within the Finance & Corporate Services department, specifically on the Corporate Development team, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development.

**What You Will Do**
- Provide high-quality business consulting services to senior-level stakeholders to achieve Fidelity’s strategic objectives.
- Independently lead and contribute to exercises to assess, develop, and execute winning strategies across Fidelity Canada.
- Support the sourcing, qualification, diligence, and execution of corporate development actions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Generate insights from industry trends, disruptions, and innovations that may impact our markets and business propositions.
- Design and lead presentations, report on progress, and guide discussions with working teams and Fidelity Canada’s executive team.
- Manage internal teams to meet project objectives while empowering and developing team members.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Post Secondary Education, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- 8+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in business consulting, strategy & planning, or corporate development.
- Financial Services industry experience with a solid understanding of global asset and wealth management.

- Experience with business strategy and innovation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior managers.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Independent, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of financial acumen and ability to build relationships across business functions.

**Work Schedule**
You will work on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
