**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Data Analytics Team Leader to drive our analytics initiatives. This role entails leading a team of data analysts, developing data strategies, and ensuring data governance compliance while delivering advanced data analyses and visualizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Leadership:** Mentor a team of data analysts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- **Data Strategy:** Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
- **Data Governance:** Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
- **Advanced Data Analysis:** Conduct complex analyses including statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- **Data Visualization:** Create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau to communicate insights effectively.
- **Data Pipeline Development:** Design and maintain data pipelines for automation of data processes.
- **Business Partnership:** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify and resolve complex data issues, providing innovative solutions.
- **Talent Development:** Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts.
- **Industry Trends:** Stay informed about advancements in data science and analytics, leveraging emerging technologies.

**Qualifications:**
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Scala, PySpark).
- Knowledge of data architecture and monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
