**Job Description:**
Toyota Canada Inc. is seeking a Manager, EBS Connected Technology and Operations to join our Information Services team. This full-time position reports to the National Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the technical team responsible for requirements, design, delivery, and support of technical capabilities/solutions, as well as define the application portfolio and roadmap for supported business units. The Manager will act as a business relationship manager for the Connected Technologies (CT) and Human Resources (HR) departments and serve as the technical product co-owner for the technology stack related to CT & HR.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse team of Business Systems Analysts, Functional Analysts, Solutions Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance resources.
- Interface with business and IT partners to clarify goals, requirements, and resource needs.
- Assign and track team allocations to optimize business value and resource use.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with project and support teams.
- Guide development teams in scheduling, technical direction, and best practices.
- Manage daily activities and communications across project execution teams.
- Set goals for team members, providing feedback and coaching for performance.
- Research and propose solutions that align with business and technical strategies.
- Collaborate on complex cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Investigate new technologies and recommend implementation strategies.
- Establish policies to drive consistency and quality in solutions.
- Communicate project statuses and collaborate on finding business solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding of new team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in implementing large-scale business systems applications.
- 3+ years in supervisory/managerial roles within IT.
- Experience managing system development teams for large projects.
- Knowledge of application development processes (DevSecOps, SDLC).
- Familiarity with technologies such as MuleSoft, Java, Workday, and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and enterprise architecture integration.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification in PMO, ITIL, or CMMI frameworks is an asset.
