**Job Title: Engineering Team Lead**

**Salary Range:** $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

**Job Description:**
As an Engineering Team Lead, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers and Technology Specialists. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide team leadership, training, coaching, and resource management.
- Foster close collaboration with Platform and Journey leads for effective feedback processes.
- Introduce engineering tools, methodologies, and processes across the enterprise.
- Assess and close skill gaps within the team through learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure the organization has the necessary tools, processes, and documentation to execute effectively.
- Drive engineering strategy related to the automation of build, test, and release activities.
- Partner with Operations to integrate tools and processes for automated releases.
- Engage with stakeholders to align business needs and leverage synergies across technology teams.
- Act as an expert and innovator for programs and services under management.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, anticipating needs and influencing innovative engineering solutions.
- Monitor resource requirements, project milestones, and budget controls.

**Qualifications:**
- University degree or post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering).
- 7+ years of relevant experience with expert knowledge in engineering frameworks and tools.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to hire, develop, and lead a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of technology and organizational issues.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive innovative solutions.
