**Job Title: Manager, Go To Market Risk**

**About the Role:**

As a Manager, Go To Market Risk, you will support business stakeholders in decision-making by providing timely and relevant information to maximize value and minimize risk associated with strategy and go-to-market activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as interim team lead and supporting the execution of the GTM Risk Partnering Maturity Roadmap.
- Overseeing and reviewing the work of the broader GTM risk partnering team in support of business segments.
- Collaborating with Risk & Compliance, Go-to-Market, and Product teams to strengthen risk management practices and drive enterprise framework adoption.
- Integrating the ERM Framework within the functions and segments you support, facilitating key risk activities through consistent and repeatable processes.
- Assisting in developing reporting and processes to support TR's new strategic vision, enabling risk-informed decisions.
- Conducting external scanning and consulting with industry experts to identify emerging risks.
- Providing risk management training to ensure understanding of risk management theory and application.
- Conducting independent reviews of risk and issues registers, ensuring all material risks are identified and managed.
- Supporting risk assessments and key initiatives in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Office.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.

**About You:**

You are a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management, consulting, or advisory roles.
- Experience in the Technology industry or in Technology Sales is an asset; knowledge of Tax & Accounting technology is a plus.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CRM) preferred but not required.
- Proven team leader or supervisory experience.
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex problems.
- Strong track record in strategic risk advisory and partnership development.
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies.
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in developing quantitative risk models.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
