**Job Summary:**
The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for the planning, oversight, and execution of learning programs and initiatives that enhance organizational skills, compliance, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Master instructional design using the ADDIE model (or similar) for both face-to-face and online courses.
- Manage internal instructional design projects and collaborate with external partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop course content, including multimedia elements.
- Develop curriculum to support a best-in-class employee experience and onboarding program.
- Design leadership and front-line workshops focused on exceptional service and customer experiences.
- Facilitate workshops for multi-levels within the organization.
- Serve as program manager for key enterprise-wide content.
- Consult on technical design and implementation of courses and programs based on employee needs.
- Analyze learning needs and styles to develop comprehensive learning solutions.
- Use data to guide learning-concept design aligned with organizational goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Hospitality experience in restaurant or hotel settings is desirable.
- 3-5 years of professional experience developing learning content across multiple platforms (including mobile).
- Experience in deploying and sustaining learning projects and programs.
- Proficiency in e-Learning authoring software such as Articulate, Moodle, Camtasia, or similar.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, gamification, and micro-learning techniques.
- High proficiency in MS Office and web-based services (e.g., WebEx, Teams).
- Strong group facilitation and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
- Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and potential travel (15-20%).
- Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
