**Job Title: Senior Learning Specialist and Facilitator**

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the Senior Learning Specialist and Facilitator will develop and deliver programs related to Leadership Development, Sales Skills, and Customer Experience. This role requires a passionate and knowledgeable professional dedicated to building and facilitating impactful learning programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Development:**
- Utilize the ADDIE model to create impactful learning programs.
- Design blended programs using various methodologies (instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos).
- Develop training materials including facilitator guides, workbooks, and participant resources.

- **Facilitation:**
- Deliver engaging workshops and sessions for employees and leaders.
- Foster meaningful dialogues, encourage self-reflection, and enable practice opportunities.

- **Program Management:**
- Manage the life cycle of learning programs including planning, project management, and logistics.
- Evaluate and report on training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.

- **Relationship Building and Collaboration:**
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and external vendors as needed.

**Qualifications**
- College or University degree in learning and development, adult learning, or equivalent certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and facilitating Leadership Development and Sales Skills programs.
- Background in senior living, retail, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
- Proficient in using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia.
- Advanced facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
