**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Senior Learning Specialist and Facilitator to join our team, reporting to the Director of Learning & Development. In this role, you will develop and deliver programs focused on Leadership Development, Sales Skills, and Customer Experience. This position is suited for a passionate and creative learning and development professional eager to create impactful learning programs.

**What You Will Be Doing:**

*Design and Development:*
- Leverage the ADDIE model to design and develop impactful learning programs.
- Create blended learning programs using various methodologies (instructor-led, eLearning, and videos).
- Develop training materials including facilitator guides and participant resources using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.

*Facilitation:*
- Deliver engaging workshops for leaders and employees.
- Facilitate programs related to Leadership Development and Customer Service, promoting self-reflection and practical application.

*Program Management:*
- Manage the life cycle of learning programs, including project management and logistics.
- Evaluate and report on training metrics, focusing on program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

*Relationship Building and Collaboration:*
- Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders including Operations and HR.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and external vendors as needed.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- College or University degree in Learning and Development or equivalent certification.
- 5 years of experience designing and facilitating learning programs.
- Background in senior living, retail, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in blended learning methodologies.
- Advanced facilitation skills with experience delivering sessions to various audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
