**Description**
Our team is currently seeking a Manager of Marketing Planning to build, execute, and manage Embark's integrated marketing and sponsorship programs. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in campaign development and execution, media planning, integrated project management, sponsorships (ideally sport-related), and analytics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, such as media and creative agencies, to develop marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition. This position requires working in a highly interactive, team-oriented environment that fosters a strong culture of collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Integrated Campaign Management**
- Act as the hub, coordinating with various subject matter experts (Social, Performance, PR, and Mass) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all partners have the necessary information, assets, and deliverables to meet objectives.
- Project manage and track progress from campaign development to execution to post-analysis.
- **Mass Advertising and Campaign Development & Execution**
- Support the development of all creative, including assets for paid and owned media.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing clear analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain the content calendar for campaigns in the market.
- Monitor the budget associated with program delivery.
- Manage vendors (creative agency, media agency) supporting program delivery.
- **Sponsorship Management and Activation**
- Align sponsorships with marketing and business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and measurement for on-site sponsorship activations.
- Use data to evaluate the impact of sponsorships, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- **Other Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with and project manage enabling service partners such as copywriters, graphic designers, and IT services.
- Create comprehensive briefs for internal and external partners regarding upcoming campaigns.
- Analyze and track key organizational metrics.
**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**
- University degree in business or marketing preferred, with 5+ years of marketing experience in campaign and agency management.
- Ideal candidates have backgrounds in Marketing Planning, Brand Marketing, Media Planning, or Agency environments.
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and listening to diverse perspectives with empathy.
