**Role Overview:**
Deloitte's Global Employer Services (GES) practice is seeking experienced tax professionals to join our team. As a GES Tax Professional, you will partner with clients to navigate complex tax matters related to both Canadian and international income taxes, employee and employer tax compliance, cross-border payroll, and more.

**What You Will Do:**
- Lead client projects and engagement teams to develop innovative solutions for complex tax issues.
- Advise clients on cross-border and international tax matters, addressing the evolving global landscape.
- Provide comprehensive tax advisory services, identifying client needs and collaborating with various business areas within Deloitte.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Leverage technology, including generative AI, to enhance efficiencies and streamline processes.

**About You:**
You are someone with:
- A completed undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Tax or an accounting designation.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in global mobility tax, including cross-border advisory services.
- Strong commitment to professional service excellence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Interest in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

**Travel Requirements:**
Occasional travel may be required within Canada and internationally.

**Total Rewards:**
