**Your Opportunity**
BDO Canada is currently seeking a Manager, Modern Workplace Technology Consulting to join our Technology Consulting team. BDO’s Modern Workplace Practice provides clients with solutions and services in the areas of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Enterprise Content Management, Intranets, and Collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in pre-sales activities including demos, presentations, drafting statements of work, and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Assist in the development and implementation of new service offerings.
- Run client workshops and gather/document requirements for modern workplace, content/document management, and collaboration solutions.
- Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for clients to begin their modern workplace journey.
- Lead and manage marketing and sales campaigns to generate leads.
- Act as a liaison with Partners including Microsoft and other ISVs.
- Evangelize Microsoft Copilot for M365, Microsoft 365, Viva, and other Microsoft products with clients.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Modern Workplace practice.
- Provide management and guidance related to resolving customer satisfaction concerns.
- Build relationships with clients and assist in expanding the engagement footprint.
- Create end-user documentation and provide training on Microsoft 365 and other applications.

**Talent Development:**
- Lead engagement teams and ensure effective utilization of team members.
- Mentor and coach team members, including performance management.
- Foster a sense of purpose within the team; develop objectives aligned with core values and mission.
- Interview and hire new talent as the team grows.

**Qualifications:**
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva.
- Ability to understand and document client business challenges and high-level requirements.
- Experience leading workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Proven experience leading or managing a team and mentoring team members.
- Experience in pre-sales activities including demos and proposals.
- Familiarity with Change Management and adoption frameworks.
- Experience in creating end-user documentation and training.
- Strong project management and business analysis skills.
- Understanding concepts such as GenAI, Document Management, Employee Experience, and Knowledge Management.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm is an asset.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
