We are currently evolving into a product-led company with a team of over 100 skilled professionals and are seeking to invest in our learning and development capabilities.

**Who We Need**
We are looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to establish and lead our new function. You will design, develop, and manage various learning programs that support global skills development. Collaboration with various teams and HR will be key in creating impactful, targeted development opportunities.

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence in our downtown Toronto office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- **Lead**: Design and deploy diverse learning programs for onboarding and continuous professional development.
- **Evolve**: Create comprehensive learning experiences that integrate various training delivery methods.
- **Champion**: Collaborate with partners to identify training needs and improve accessibility in learning design.
- **Introduce Best Practices**: Foster an agile environment that embraces innovative methodologies in learning and development.

**What You Bring**
- **Expertise**: Experience in end-to-end training development, particularly in Sales and Technology organizations.
- **Consultative Approach**: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to influence and implement processes effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Evidence-based decision-making with the ability to leverage data for insights.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, content creation tools, learning authoring tools, and learning management systems. Bilingualism is a plus.
- **Drive**: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
