**Role Summary:**
The Services team drives growth for partners globally by providing cutting-edge services in Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. We are searching for a skilled and motivated Manager of Product Development to join our Cyber Security Services Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a cutting-edge project from the ground up.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure development aligns with project goals and maintains a clear product backlog.
- Monitor progress, identify blockers, and resolve them proactively.
- Act as the main contact between business and development teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Regularly report on status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and Product Knowledge Leader.
- Advocate for product goals from the customer perspective with all stakeholders.
- Lead ideation sessions and coordinate high-level solutions with internal teams.
- Manage Program and Intake for optimal resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies.
- Break down business requirements into deliverable Epics with the Engineering Team.
- Refine Epics, prioritize Features, and oversee Epic delivery to the scrum team.
- Own the Delivery Roadmap and drive release planning.
- Ensure developed features meet requirements and provide transparency into delivery status and risks.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and Product Development activities as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Cyber Security experience is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong cross-collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expert knowledge in Software Engineering Lifecycle.
- AHA experience preferable, but not required.
- Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- UI experience is a plus.
