The Social Media Manager is the central figure for the foundation’s social content, responsible for developing and managing content calendars for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and its event brands. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create and capture content.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain content calendars for the foundation’s seven social media lines of business.
- Create templates and guidelines for stakeholders to submit post information and assets.
- Evaluate and refine content prior to approval and scheduling.
- Educate and train stakeholders on effective content capture.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop posts and interview stakeholders.
- Develop KPIs and regularly report on performance and engagement.
- Monitor competitive channels and provide insights.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-4 years’ experience in a social strategy and management role.
- Experience in non-profit or peer-to-peer fundraising is an asset.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Sprout, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social communities and ability to engage diverse audiences.
