**About the Role:**
- Provide technology leadership and own the decisions to deliver enterprise software solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Lead a team of 8-12 engineers to deliver technology outcomes by managing team capacity, productivity, and quality across multiple priorities.
- Champion the use of AI as part of engineering workflows and delivery.
- Apply knowledge of software architecture to manage software design, development, and debugging according to specifications.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Utilize AI tools and processes to enhance engineering team productivity.
- Manage risks and issues impacting delivery commitments. Set and implement quality KPIs.
- Own employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training processes for new team members.
- Provide regular project updates on status, risks, and achievements to leadership based on data-driven insights.
**About You:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of Agile delivery experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Proven experience leading contingent workers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Compensation:**
- The base compensation range for this role in eligible locations (Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY) is $114,400 - $212,400.
- This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
