**Job Title: Manager, Vendor Management**

**About The Role**
We’re looking for a Manager, Vendor Management, to join our growing team!

**What You’ll Do**
- Build relationships and networks with suppliers, business partners, peers, and leaders to support your professional growth and success.
- Optimize the vendor management function within IT and the Laboratories.
- Enhance leadership and change management skills through on-the-job experience and in-house training.
- Transform strategy into action and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactively manage IT and laboratories’ vendor portfolio and assignation process.
- Identify and support key strategic projects while mitigating risks.
- Coach, support, develop, and lead your team.

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance; professional designation such as CPP is considered an asset, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven management experience with deep knowledge of vendor management, IT market trends, and vendors.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec to interact with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- Eligible to work in Canada; no prior Canadian work experience is necessary.
