**Job Title:** Marketing Manager, Business Banking Lifecycle (Contract - 18 months)
**Job Description:**
The Marketing Manager, Business Banking Lifecycle is responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive business objectives for Canadian Business Banking customer onboarding, engagement, and retention programs. This role translates program strategies into communication tactics that engage clients and enhance profitable customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Initiative/Campaign Planning & Execution (75%)**
- Execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end development and delivery of marketing solutions.
- Design and implement robust testing plans to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and manage internal communications plans to drive engagement.
- Monitor and track performance of initiatives with regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide critical feedback on marketing assets.
- **Risk Management & Control (10%)**
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure consumer-facing materials meet current regulations.
- Manage audit requirements and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
- **Marketing Planning (10%)**
- Support the development of the annual marketing plan.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research to support planning, including competitive intelligence and market trends.
- **Budget Management (5%)**
- Support management of the marketing budget, tracking and reporting on expenditures and status.
**Qualifications:**
- 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, including managing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience in Lifecycle and B2B marketing, CRM programs, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Minimum undergraduate degree in business, marketing, commerce, finance, or a related field.
- Marketing experience within a larger organization is advantageous; financial industry knowledge is a plus.

**Salary:** $54,500.00 - $101,500.00 (Salaried, Pay Type: Salaried)
Salaries will vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
