**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our restaurant brands and drive customer engagement.
- Lead the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials such as signage, menus, and promotional content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operations, culinary, and franchise teams to tailor marketing strategies to individual brands.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and present actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to expand brand visibility.
- Coordinate brand events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen community and industry presence.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or food industry.
- Proven success in leading marketing campaigns and managing budgets.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
