**About the Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance Figment’s marketing team and optimize our operational processes. In this role, you will manage our marketing tech stack, fine-tune workflows, and ensure the seamless integration of systems to drive impactful, data-driven campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize Figment’s marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Develop, document, and refine marketing workflows for efficient operations.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to measure performance and ROI.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processes in Pardot.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize WordPress pages for campaign performance.
- Create reporting frameworks for email marketing performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in marketing systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Stay updated on marketing technology trends and recommend enhancements.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in B2B marketing operations, particularly with Pardot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Experience managing and optimizing WordPress for content marketing.
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing with a data-driven approach.
- Expertise in email marketing campaign design and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, thriving in a remote-first team environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience implementing advanced lead scoring and nurturing strategies in Pardot.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL for custom reporting.
**Collaboration:**
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align workflows and optimize the sales pipeline.
