**Job Title: Marketing Science Analyst**

**Job Description:**

As a Marketing Science Analyst, you will leverage your curiosity and analytical skills to understand marketing science within the broader context of various projects. You will have 1 to 3 years of experience managing marketing science deliverables across diverse initiatives, focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze data across a digital landscape to discover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
- Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
- Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze website performance and understand audience behaviors.
- Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks.
- Determine and implement methods to improve analytics processes.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive solutions to both internal and client requests.
- Support senior colleagues with analytics materials for new business pitches and requests for proposals.

**Qualifications:**

- B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field including but not limited to: statistics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with at least one data visualization platform (Tableau preferred).
- Maintain and optimize dashboards in a data visualization platform (Tableau preferred).
- Experience with at least one website analytics platform (e.g., Google or Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with at least one digital media platform (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights).
- Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g., Social, SEM, SEO).
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (e.g., MMM, MTA).
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python or R).
- Understanding of data architecture and API functionality.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with proactive communication.

**Salary Range:**

$67,500—$72,500 USD.
